Sworn Translation Office Authorization and Duration;

The authorities of Sworn Translation Offices are renewed in January each year for those offices that are subject to annual review, whose documents are deemed eligible for renewal, and that act in accordance with professional ethics and comply with the rules and regulations.

Those whose Sworn Translation Office authorization is not renewed must remove all references to being a Sworn Translation Office from their websites, letterheads, business cards, and stamps, as they will no longer be allowed to use their old certificates.

Legal action will also be taken against those who, without being a Sworn Translation Office, provide the public with incomplete or incorrect information to gain unfair advantage.
